Joey Tran

A self-taught independent filmmaker, Joey discovered his comic talent in his numerous, genuine attempts to bring a certain je ne sais quoi to his own roles in his films by trying really hard to act serious, while simultaneously discovering his raw talent for making highly unmarketable, albeit hilarious dramas. He’s harnessed the harsh lessons of his 10+ year filmmaking effort by stumbling upon yet another–but not in the least unimportant–discovery of improv comedy. Watch him continue to unravel his dramatic breadth with the RCC Ensemble.
